Upload a text-based PDF for Schedule K-1 (Forms 1065, 1120-S, or 1041) or Forms 1099-NEC, 1099-MISC, 1099-DIV, and 1099-INT. Scanned PDFs without selectable text are rejected because this tool reads the PDF text layer.
Free processing covers one PDF up to 8 MB and 15 pages. A larger or longer PDF is accepted, then placed in the heavy-work queue instead of being extracted.
Each row gets a confidence score from its form, label, and value matches. Use the highlighted source box to check every value before you export; the score is not a filing guarantee.
PDF bytes are read for the current request and released after parsing. The editable review stays in this browser tab until you leave or replace the file; there is no document archive or shared extraction cache.
Yes. Edit any field right in the review. Corrected rows are marked, and the export uses the values currently on screen.
The app uses POST routes for upload, extraction, and CSV or JSON export. There is no separate public API key or developer access flow.
The upload is accepted and checked on the server before extraction. If it is over 8 MB or 15 pages, the response is queued, no fake progress starts, and the waitlist form appears.
